Manager, DDP Customer Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including objectives, performance appraisals, career planning, salary planning, mentoring, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Product Divisions on technical support, training, spares, and reliability, and prepare business reports.
• Manage escalation procedures, customer service award programs, and mentoring programs for new engineers.
• Lead account planning with the District Sales Engineer, including system sales support, financial forecasting, and district cost efficiency.
• Oversee system installation planning and execution, RMA procedures, customer engineer effectiveness, and hours tracking.

Requirements

• Experience managing and directing technical engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze situations and data, review relevant factors, and exercise judgment within established procedures.
• Ability to present technical information related to projects and schedules and gain cooperation from others.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, escalations, installations, operational reporting, and financial performance.
• Commitment to hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and compliance requirements.
• Work location is Icheon-Gwango, South Korea; relocation is not available for this position.
