Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze slotting reports and measurements, run operational metrics, and identify process inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with Marketing to set up opportunities and sales orders correctly in SAP.
• Manage schedule transitions between pilot and volume manufacturing and coordinate with Engineering and Sourcing.
• Maintain MRP integrity, milestone routings, test strategies, order changes, and Rapid Response outputs.
• Initiate and validate MRP demand, reconcile supply and demand, and resolve data integrity issues.
• Manage product material forecasts, PIR content, and overplanned material globally.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, production control, inventory control, process control, shop floor control, or MRP integrity.
• Working knowledge of planning processes and business drivers.
• Ability to analyze straightforward problems and recommend solutions using technical judgment.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Must work onsite in Tainan, Taiwan; travel approximately 10% of the time.
