Export Executive (Logistics)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite office role. No relocation or immigration assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Maintain relationships with shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trucking companies, including negotiating rates.
• Coordinate ocean and air export shipments, buyer consolidations, booking confirmations, and freight lists for dangerous and non-hazardous cargo.
• Provide quotations, inside sales support, and customer service to clients.
• Use shipping-line booking systems and global platforms such as Meridian and BDP SmartVU.
• Generate bills of lading, issue invoices, manage overseas billing and reconciliations, and coordinate outsourced documentation.
• Handle trade disputes, unexpected incidents, and compliance filings including ACE, ACI, ICS2, MPCI, and ISF.

Requirements

• Five years of experience handling ocean or air export functions.
• One to three years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's or college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience.
• Experience with Incoterms and standard, flat-rack, open-top, ISO tank, bulk, and refrigerated containers.
