Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $69,400–$119,700 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage technology, client, vendor, strategic, operational, HR, and process-improvement projects according to PMO best practices.
• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Define project scope, estimates, budgets, resources, schedules, and change-control processes.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Maintain communications plans and provide clear status and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitor project and team performance while supporting on-time, high-quality vendor implementations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of previous project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and an inquisitive, innovation-oriented approach, including openness to using AI to improve processes and patient and client experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
• Must obtain the HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative certification within 9 months of hire.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of revenue cycle or healthcare experience.
