Project Manager (AI)

Location: Nationwide remote within the United States, with the ideal ability to attend in-person meetings at a client office in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Salary: $89,649–$152,404 annually.

What you will do

• Oversee project coordination, performance, delivery, schedules, staffing, budgets, and deadlines.
• Lead governance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagements, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, schedules, action logs, rosters, and process documentation.
• Track risks, milestones, deliverables, performance measures, and issues affecting delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government contract and program management staff.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting policy and engagement objectives while ensuring contractual and administrative compliance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of applicable experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication, and people skills.
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to supervise personnel, communicate organizational goals, and resolve project issues.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States; in-person client meetings may take place in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience drafting white papers, strategic planning documents, guidance documents, and project documentation.
• Experience using AI and reviewing its output for accuracy and applicability.
• Experience with federal clients, particularly the FDA, and consulting firm environments.
