Focus on building Power BI dashboards, analyzing performance across countries and business segments, and leading automation, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives.

What you will do
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and financial modeling for EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and operating expenses.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, risks, opportunities, profitability, cost allocation, and cost-benefit outcomes across countries, terminals, channels, products, and customers.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, data visualizations, and automated reporting solutions as the LATAM subject matter expert.
- Prepare executive presentations and business reviews with clear financial storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on pricing, margin improvement, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions.
- Lead process improvements, automation, standardization, finance transformation initiatives, mentoring, onboarding, and backup coverage for the BP&A Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Six years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, executive storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Three years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience coaching or mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional projects.
