Sr Analyst, Finance (Medtech)

What you will do

• Provide financial support and guidance to corporate functions.
• Own the annual operating plan and forecasting process for support departments.
• Manage standard processes, reporting, analytics, cost governance, and business partnership across global workstreams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to financial processes and models.
• Assess financial risks through regular collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare and present monthly financial attainment and lead discussions on organizational financial health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of process management, financial planning, and actuals reporting.
• Experience with project management and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or another professional certification.
• Experience with Power BI and JD Edwards.
