Manufacturing Technician A 1

Location: Rochester, New York, United States. Onsite production-floor work with a 4/10 schedule: four 10-hour days per week; shifts may last up to 12 hours.

Salary: $32,920–$63,500 per year.

What you will do

• Follow manufacturing test procedures to perform automated and semi-automated tests on RF and digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, and end products.
• Use hand tools, including torque wrenches, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Log technical information in manufacturing databases.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels in a fast-paced production environment.
• Identify problems and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work onsite on the production floor for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to transport up to 25 pounds and move across the production floor.
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced production environment and collaborate with a team.
• Basic troubleshooting capability and familiarity with electronics are beneficial for the role.
• Some positions may require security clearance, which can be granted only to U.S. citizens.
