Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, United States. Rotating schedule includes overnight shifts. Travel may include up to 5% domestic. Relocation assistance is not authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $75,460–$92,229 annual compensation range, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Test and disposition manufactured products and raw materials using analytical techniques.
• Calibrate analytical instrumentation and laboratory equipment.
• Support R&D teams by carrying out and evaluating new test methods.
• Report quality data and collaborate with onsite teams to act on findings.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes overnight shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of combined experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or manufacturing facility.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship is required.
• Experience in quality control laboratory work, chromatography, molecular spectroscopy, titrations, or laboratory data reporting is relevant to the role.
• Ability to work rotating and overnight shifts.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in chemistry, physics, biology, or a related field.
• Quality control laboratory experience in an ISO 9001 or IATF 16949-certified manufacturing facility.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
