TL;DR

Focus on analyzing assembly issues, creating rework orders, validating technical content in MES and engineering workbooks, and coordinating corrective actions with multifunctional production teams.

Location: On-site at the hirify.global U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; 2nd shift.

hirify.global operates a U.S. aerospace manufacturing facility producing commercial aircraft, including the A320 Family and A220.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to production teams during final assembly of A220 aircraft.
  • Investigate workbook modifications, validate technical content, and submit changes to Change Managers.
  • Support tooling, part configuration validation, MES issues and snags, and nonconformity research.
  • Create rework orders and verify BOIs, workbooks, and RNC documentation.
  • Analyze current status, prepare reports, manage continuous improvement routines, and track project roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with multifunctional teams on PPS actions, outstanding tasks, and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of aerospace experience, preferably on an aerospace final assembly line.
  • Knowledge of aerospace processes, methods, aircraft structures, systems, electrical systems, or cabin installations.
  • Knowledge of aerospace tools such as SAP, CATIA, and Enovia, plus aircraft design and manufacturing rules.
  • Familiarity with the American aviation market and intercultural experience.
  • Current U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this U.S. position.
