What you will do

• Maintain customer and production documentation for the Customer Order Engineering Department.
• Control document versioning, revisions, assignments, distribution, and formal compliance checks.
• Prepare documents for customer approval and print product workbooks.
• Coordinate printer maintenance and repairs and troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Work with internal partners and external customers while reporting to the Product Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Knowledge of general manufacturing, product document layout, and plotting or printing services.
• Familiarity with document management tools, including Fiery Command WorkStation and Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
