Senior Project Manager (General Medicine)

Location: Remote or office-based in the United States; listed locations are Raleigh and Blue Bell. Approximately 25% travel is required.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial project and program activities.
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve clinical project goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholder review.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience leading successful projects and managing competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, team mentoring, analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in obesity, gastroenterology, hepatology, or dermatology is highly preferred.
