Clinical Study Operations Associate (Clinical Trials)

Location: Fully remote within the Pacific or Mountain Timezones in the U.S. Requires up to 5% travel. In-person office hubs are available in Boston, New York, and Paris.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity, PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Support study startup activities in collaboration with clinical project teams.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clinical research sites.
• Train research sites on Beacon devices and study protocols.
• Monitor study progress, timelines, protocols, data collection, and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues through tools such as Zendesk and Asana, and provide site feedback to improve devices and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations.
• Strong organizational, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach, effective prioritization, and ability to anticipate challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability within the U.S. Pacific or Mountain Timezones.
