Annual compensation: $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience

What you will do
- Enter invoices and schedule them for payment.
- Correspond with vendors to correct invoices and reconcile invoice records.
- Approve expense statements and reimbursements.
- Input permit account entries and make bank deposits.
- Maintain vendor insurance records and vendor setup information.
- Research property-related bills and past-due invoices.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in basic accounts-payable administrative functions.
- High level of accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
- Professional and ethical approach to business operations.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Kirkland, Washington.
