Recruiter II (Technical Recruiting)

Salary: $81,300–$122,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Build talent pipelines and promote company culture and values to prospective candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal and external customers to deliver an effective hiring experience.
• Fill open positions efficiently with limited oversight and recommend internal and referred candidates for entry-level roles.
• Mentor Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators while supporting recruiting process improvements.
• Maintain confidential files and apply recruiting guidelines, SEL values, and operating principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to attract candidates, build networks, and communicate an employee value proposition.
• Ability to mentor and teach recruiting team members.
• Strong organization, writing, documentation, speaking, teamwork, discretion, and confidentiality skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in a technical environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
