What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies for lower-complexity roles using job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles, and recommend qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Partner with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on staffing needs, organizational culture, compensation, talent management, and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, and dispositions in applicant tracking and recruitment systems.
• Represent assigned client programs through candidate engagement, job fairs, and employer-branding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies is advantageous.
• Must be based in the United States; this is a fully remote role based in Texas.
