Recruiter 2, RPO (Recruitment/Staffing)

Location: United States, remote; based in Texas

Salary: $61,200–$91,800 per year

What you will do

• Source and identify qualified candidates for lower-complexity roles and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with client leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on recruitment needs and processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate dispositions, and applicant tracking system data.
• Represent assigned client programs through candidate communications, job fairs, face-to-face interactions, and professional social media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and common office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment demands, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems.
