What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including search strategies, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop relationships with candidates, industry contacts, and client stakeholders.
• Provide post-placement communication, feedback, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Track industry trends, recruitment practices, and client culture to improve candidate alignment.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in arts, sciences, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is considered.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong time management.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools.
