Warehouse Associate

Location: Onsite in Lakewood, New Jersey, at 1920 Swarthmore Ave, 08701

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus eligibility for performance bonuses of up to $2,500.

What you will do

• Pull, fill, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist with loading delivery trucks and receiving incoming shipments.
• Log shipments into inventory and maintain accurate records through inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts safely, maintain required certification, complete vehicle safety checks, and report issues.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and efficient.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.
• Previous distribution, general labor, or warehouse experience is preferred.
