What you will do

• Pick and pack instant ticket orders while verifying games, serial numbers, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain chain-of-custody records for controlled ticket inventory from receipt through shipment.
• Inspect ticket packs, cartons, and deliveries for damage, tampering, seal integrity, and quantity accuracy.
• Reconcile inventory, investigate variances, and escalate unresolved discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Process warehouse transactions and shipping documentation while keeping the facility clean, secure, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or general production experience.
• Forklift experience with current certification or the ability to obtain certification after hiring.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and licensing for handling accountable lottery products.
• Strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and dependable judgment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with controlled, serialized, or high-value inventory.
• Experience with SAP or another inventory or enterprise resource planning system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently, support a team, and adjust priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.
