Summer 2027: MBA Strategic Finance Intern, Consumer Group

Location: Mountain View, California; hybrid work at an hirify.global office is required

Salary: $48–$54 per hour

hirify.global is a financial technology platform supporting products including TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives for the Consumer Group in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Support and optimize month-end close and other key financial processes.
• Conduct structured financial analyses that generate data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Build relationships with business partners and contribute to growth and financial outcome optimization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program focused on Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for the entire internship.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office; a relocation stipend is provided.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent and collaborative working skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.
• Ability to synthesize information into insightful recommendations.
