Grad Intern – Finance (Summer 2027)

Location: United States — Remote; must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Salary: $35.34–$41.20 per hour

What you will do

• Complete a meaningful 10–13 week finance project connected to strategic and tactical business goals.
• Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, develop insights, and communicate recommendations to business partners.
• Prepare a presentation for the broader finance organization and build technical and financial skills.
• Explore data, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, controls, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with fellow interns in a multidisciplinary business case competition covering operations, sales and marketing, and forecasting.
• Engage with finance executives, senior leaders, mentors, and colleagues through meetings, networking, and career development events.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for the full internship program.
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule and remain enrolled at an accredited college or university after the internship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be enrolled in an MBA, relevant master's, PharmD, or PhD program and complete the first year before the internship begins.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
• Must be able to commit to potential future full-time employment by July 2028 if offered.

Nice to have

• Concentration in economics, business administration, biotechnology management, accounting, or finance.
• Understanding of basic financial analytical principles and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience.
• Thoughtful cover letter explaining interest in the role and relevant experience.
