Summer 2027 Analyst (Internship or Full-time) - Business Valuation (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Gather financial statements, operational reports, industry research, market data, and other engagement information.
• Construct and own complex financial models to determine the value of ownership interests in healthcare-related entities.
• Perform financial analysis, due diligence, and report writing for healthcare engagements.
• Review personal and team deliverables to maintain quality and keep projects on schedule.
• Participate in client calls and site visits as required by supervisors.
• Contribute to internal and external articles, presentations, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• Interns, graduating seniors, and graduate students are eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least one year of experience in finance, valuation, audit, or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling and strong knowledge of accounting and financial theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, client support, collaboration, attention to detail, and relationship-management skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in pursuing certifications such as CFA, NACVA, American Society of Appraisers, or CPA.
• Desire to develop industry thought leadership and contribute to articles and presentations.
