Senior Director, Product Management Cash Products

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration at least four days per week and up to one day working from home. Applicants must already have U.S. work authorization that will not require visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $160,600–$205,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and performance objectives for cash products and related solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of new products, enhancements, pricing strategies, service models, and operational improvements.
• Own product growth, profitability, adoption, competitiveness, and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as business owner for large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Partner with advisors, clients, and senior stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and market trends.
• Manage vendors, contract negotiations, service levels, issue resolution, regulatory requirements, disclosures, policies, and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
• Leadership experience managing product portfolios and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, business cases, product performance management, market analysis, and financial product compliance.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
