EHS Analyst Co-Op

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze environmental, health, and safety data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for EHS metrics, including Good Saves, incident investigations, and CAPAs.
• Identify trends and patterns to support risk reduction and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, and Management teams on data-driven recommendations.
• Support EHS audits, inspections, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review, update, document, and create Job Safety Analyses and connect them with required training curricula.

Requirements

• Completion of the undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards.
