Associate Data Analyst

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Create clear visualizations for performance, trend, and benchmarking analysis.
• Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data-driven activities.
• Build scalable, self-service data solutions for business partners.
• Provide time-critical data analyses and become a subject-matter expert for assigned business areas.
• Analyze web traffic, email engagement, and app engagement, including click-through, retention, re-engagement, and A/B testing.
• Assess how AI can improve assigned tasks and analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business metrics and develop reporting based on business requirements.
• Ability to work in a project-oriented, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience accessing data from databases.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization dashboards.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of AI systems and capabilities.
