Operations Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Hybrid schedule with 8–10 days in the office each month and the remaining time working from home.

What you will do

• Analyze incoming information to provide accurate and consistent data to clients.
• Operate the internet-based performance reporting application.
• Reconcile client transactional data daily.
• Research data points submitted by service teams and clients.
• Monitor automated nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups and assist with system and product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to process and audit detailed data with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting experience.
• Interest in investment performance reporting and wealth management processes.
