Materials Coordinator/Handler III (2nd Shift)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing and stockroom work

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Locate, audit, transfer, pick, and stage materials and kits for production.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Organize, consolidate, and maintain stockroom locations to improve material flow and storage capacity.
• Prepare and regulate materials for delivery into cleanroom environments while following required procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment when certified and authorized.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Receiving, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory Control teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, manufacturing, or materials environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of stockroom operations, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
• Ability to use ERP and inventory management systems, including Made 2 Manage and SAP.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work onsite in Billerica, Massachusetts, including extended standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and work in confined spaces.
