Material Handler (Manufacturing)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite role

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Locate, audit, receive, transfer, stock, and deliver materials, kits, and parts.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, ERP transactions, and shortage-report updates using systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Support manufacturing through line-side replenishment, kitting, cleanroom material preparation, and inventory control.
• Process nonconforming, excess, obsolete, reworked, transferred, or scrapped materials.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, powered industrial vehicles, vans, trucks, or overhead cranes as assigned.
• Follow documented processes and safety standards and train other Material Coordinators when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, or materials management.
• Experience receiving, stocking, transferring, tracking, and auditing materials and inventory.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, cleanroom, aerospace, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience.
• Forklift certification and experience with powered industrial vehicles or overhead cranes.
• Experience with production-line replenishment, kitting, shortage reporting, nonconforming materials, or vendor shipment verification.
• Knowledge of cleanroom material handling, contamination control, and process improvement.
