Senior Platform Engineer - DevOps

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle with office attendance at least three days per week, including Monday or Friday.

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise development platforms and services for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Design and support CI/CD capabilities that improve software delivery efficiency and developer experience.
• Lead platform upgrades, integrations, migrations, modernization initiatives, and tool consolidations.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, and developer productivity.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams on source control, artifact management, workflow automation, and platform governance.
• Implement secure delivery practices, troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues, and contribute to architecture standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise platforms such as GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, JFrog, Azure DevOps, Jira, or SonarQube.
• Strong knowledge of Git, source control, artifact repositories, release automation, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible, and scripting with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Groovy.
• Experience with secure development and deployment, platform governance, monitoring, observability, and root cause analysis.
