Staff Platform Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure for applications and automation systems.
• Own and improve platform engineering tools and services, including documentation and cross-team communication.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment pipelines.
• Manage CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows for reliable software delivery.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and other observability solutions to maintain uptime and performance.
• Enforce security practices, prepare for incident response, and participate in the platform team’s on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with physical infrastructure, including networking equipment and servers.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python and Shell scripting, plus solid Linux internals and system administration knowledge.
• Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including self-hosted and managed environments, and Helm; proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.

Nice to have

• Experience with bare-metal provisioning using MaaS or similar tools.
