Multi-Site Maintenance Technician (59279 & 59280)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA. Must travel between multiple properties as needed. On-call availability is required.

Salary: $25–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated timeframes and document work performed and materials procured.
• Complete apartment turnovers within five days of move-out.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating, and other building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces, and perform manual repairs such as replacing windows and repairing locks.
• Maintain doors, locking mechanisms, closers, controllers, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and related building systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in technical, safety, and operational training.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices, with strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP.
