Facility Maintenance Tech I - Seasonal

Location: Glens Falls, New York; on-site facility work required

Salary: $18.50–$26.75 per hour

What you will do

• Complete assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems.
• Repair and support facility equipment and building systems, including lighting, doors, furniture, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Perform carpentry work such as painting, caulking, drywall installation, and shelving installation.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of general building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime as business needs require.
