Sr. Revenue Specialist (Accounting & Collections)

Location: Remote within the United States; the successful candidate must reside in a state where hirify.global has a physical office. The role is associated with the Greenville, South Carolina office.

Salary: $75,228–$117,718 per year, depending on location, experience, education, and skills. The role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Monitor past-due accounts receivable and identify overdue items through collection systems.
• Contact clients regarding collection procedures and client-attorney protocols.
• Conduct periodic audits and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports and assist with revenue reporting.
• Analyze financial data and communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of attorneys.
• Work with the Revenue Services Manager and team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience.
• A two-year degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of collections standards, the FDCPA, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet aggressive deadlines, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
