Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $25.59–$28.50 per hour

What you will do

• Record tenant receivable activity in the appropriate accounting system.
• Process tenant billings and payments accurately and on time for assigned properties.
• Enter data, generate reports, and conduct specialized accounts receivable research.
• Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cash management activities.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
• 1–2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and other accounting software; YARDI is preferred.
• Experience working in a high-volume accounts receivable environment.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
