What you will do

• Manage strategic and operational sourcing for electronics categories including connectors, PCBs, PCBAs, active components, and passive components.
• Analyze international supply markets, supplier capabilities, technologies, costs, and risks.
• Develop regional category strategies aligned with global sourcing initiatives.
• Select, evaluate, and develop suppliers, including second-source strategies and supplier audits.
• Lead price, contract, and framework agreement negotiations with national and international suppliers.
• Manage cost reduction initiatives, supply risks, bottlenecks, and cross-functional projects with Engineering and Operations.

Requirements

• Several years of strategic or technical procurement experience, ideally in electrical or electronics categories.
• Experience at Professional or Senior Category Leader level, including supplier selection, development, negotiations, cost analysis, and international supplier management.
• Ability to interpret BOMs, technical drawings, and specifications and work with Engineering and technical departments.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and structured working skills.
• Fluent, negotiation-level English and Polish are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% and knowledge of M3 or SAP ERP.

Nice to have

• German language skills, especially for collaboration with smaller suppliers.
• Experience in industrial, railway, data center, telecom, MedTech, or automotive industries.
• Technical or commercial education or a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
