Junior PC&L Planner, Back Office EMEA

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year

What you will do

• Manage customer demand from order reception through fulfillment using internal ordering tools and ERP systems.
• Coordinate finished-goods flows between warehouses, SILS, production locations, suppliers, and allied plants.
• Analyze customer schedules, validate orders, distribute demand to plants, and prepare coverage and monthly forecast reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile SAP records with physical inventory, and support obsolete-stock and premium-claim documentation.
• Create master data, book shipment-related invoices, and maintain customer portal data.
• Develop process automation and improvements using available tools and VBA.

Requirements

• University degree; a technical university or engineering background is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English required; communicative French is an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and experience with large databases and process improvement.
• Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural international teams.
