What you will do

• Maintain and improve process capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Analyze numerical data to identify patterns and develop optimal workflows and processes.
• Review KPI monitoring systems and use technology to achieve operational goals.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture and support New Product Introduction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, legal, and company Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
• Create training documents, deliver training, and mentor apprentices and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant industry experience, certifications, systems experience, and training.
• Professional-level English language skills are preferred.
• Clear and concise communication with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Customer-focused problem solving, innovation, proactive execution, and continuous improvement.
