Process Engineer - Instrumentation Products

Location: Onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, United States. Candidates must already have permanent US work authorization.

What you will do

• Audit and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Create and update standardized work instructions, SAP routings, bills of materials, and product configuration data.
• Engineer and implement manufacturing processes, work cells, test fixtures, and jigs.
• Design and improve facility and production layouts for new product introductions and streamlined workflows.
• Assess work cells and implement corrective actions to improve safety, ergonomics, and operator performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology, strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma/GED or associate degree plus 5+ years of relevant Process Engineering experience may also be considered.
• Knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including SAP, Catia, and CAD or SOLIDWORKS.
• Permanent US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not stated.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, SQL databases, coding, and reporting.
