What you will do

• Run Scrum ceremonies and manage the Jira backlog and tickets for a software team.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication between government clients, cloud vendors, and hirify.global.
• Translate DoD program office needs into clear software tickets for cloud application delivery.
• Support software fixes, user onboarding, and requests involving new LLM models.
• Help sustain and expand an Airframe-Sustainment forecasting and AI data analytics product.
• Coordinate work related to vendor-data intake, data sharing, maintenance analysis, fleet-readiness planning, cost tools, training, technical assistance, and cybersecurity support.

Requirements

• Must work on-site at Warner Robins, Georgia.
• US citizenship and the ability to pass and maintain a DoD Security clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of experience.
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing Jira backlogs and tickets for a software team.
• Ability to communicate with government clients, cloud vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud application delivery in a DoD environment.
