Remote Inbound Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: 100% remote; applicants must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commission; successful team members may earn $100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing preparation.
• Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process without cold-calling.
• Help customers compare policies from more than 55 insurance companies.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Help customers finalize their policies during the interaction.

Requirements

• Customer-focused experience in retail, hospitality, service, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to create a welcoming customer experience.
• Self-motivation and comfort working fully remotely in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining friendly and service-oriented.
• Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-performing retail or service brand such as Apple, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco.
• Existing insurance license.
