LAC Acceptance Growth Center of Excellence – Product Manager (Payments)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $137,200–$219,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Execute the Acceptance Growth Center of Excellence roadmap across Latin America and the Caribbean, covering acceptance solutions, merchant growth, value-added services, and bill payments.
• Design and launch MVP pilots using hypothesis definition, experiment design, KPI tracking, and iterative optimization.
• Improve the merchant graduation journey from nano to micro and small businesses, including onboarding, activation, conversion, and value-added service adoption.
• Expand bill payment use cases by onboarding billers, aggregators, platforms, and partners for card-on-file, autopay, and presentment integrations.
• Coordinate integrations with acquirers, fintechs, and value-added service providers while aligning Product, Sales, Data, Pricing, Legal, CMS, engineering, and market teams.
• Monitor merchant, transaction, value-added service, and customer satisfaction metrics and turn insights into product, go-to-market, and partnership recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, or related industries.
• Experience executing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, functions, and markets.
• Strong analytical skills in experimentation, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

• Experience with APIs, platforms, or technical integrations.
• Portuguese language skills.
• Deep interest in payments and fintech ecosystems and SMB behavior in emerging markets.
