Product Manager, Financing & Rewards (Fintech)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; candidates are preferred to be based in Boston and must comply with the team's hybrid work schedule.

Annual base salary: USD 143,000–154,000, with potential additional equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the financing product plan, roadmap, requirements, epics, and prioritization.
• Build shared capabilities for eligibility, offer presentation, routing, messaging, and third-party financing integrations.
• Manage the full-funnel financing experience from affordability awareness and prequalification through cart and checkout.
• Develop financing messaging, promotional campaigns, and reusable campaign tooling.
• Partner with Credit Card, Rewards, Payments, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Commercial, Legal, and external financing providers.
• Define success metrics, analyze financing attach and approval rates, and run structured experiments to improve conversion and order value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer fintech, payments, lending, or e-commerce checkout.
• Experience owning product plans, requirements, and outcome-focused roadmaps with autonomous execution.
• Experience working with third-party integrations or vendors and managing partner relationships as part of the product.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and technical fluency for collaboration with engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work from Boston, Massachusetts, under the team's hybrid schedule.
