Lead Category Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage the Industrial Cleaning and SIPA Services categories to optimize the supply base and maximize business value.
• Develop and execute category strategies, commercial agreements, and supplier partnerships.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, revenue enhancement, and risk-reduction opportunities.
• Analyze total cost of ownership, should-cost models, demand, spend, and market data to support decisions.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects, cross-functional teams, project plans, milestones, reports, and presentations.
• Manage supplier KPIs, resolve performance issues, assess strategy effectiveness, and mentor Category Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six or more years of supply chain or relevant business experience.
• Experience developing category strategies and managing supplier performance.
• Ability to analyze data, total cost of ownership, and should-cost models.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
