Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing Automation)

Location: Remote within the USA, California location listed

Annual base salary: USD 104,100–166,500, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Own the IMS portion of marketing automation platforms and integrations with the broader technology stack.
• Produce and manage event, webinar, gated-content, newsletter, and internal communication campaigns.
• Perform quality assurance, peer reviews, stakeholder approvals, and final campaign deployment.
• Manage marketing platform vendors, agency relationships, and outsourced project delivery.
• Scrub and import contact lists from content syndication and event sources.
• Present monthly reports covering webinar results, email metrics, and asset views or downloads, while managing lead routing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work remotely within the USA.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, campaign operations, communications, reporting, and lead management.
