What you will do
- Direct workforce planning operations across business units and corporate functions, including calendars, templates, submissions, and follow-through.
- Maintain headcount, labour expense, contractor, vacancy, and workforce planning data aligned with approved financial assumptions.
- Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and variance analysis for headcount and labour costs.
- Reconcile workforce planning data with payroll, source systems, organisational structures, and approved budgets.
- Develop workforce planning dashboards, self-service analytics, templates, reporting outputs, and process documentation.
- Mentor Senior Finance Analysts and support scenario modelling, process improvements, and AI-enabled planning enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience with headcount, labour cost, contractor, and vacancy planning data.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, analysis, data reconciliation, and large-dataset skills.
- Experience with budget, forecast, month-end reporting, or workforce planning in a complex organisation.
- Ability to lead by influence, coordinate Senior Finance Analysts, collaborate across Finance, P&C, data teams, and business partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
