Senior Finance Analyst - Spirits & RTD's

What you will do

• Partner with Business Development Managers and key stakeholders to drive target achievement and business performance.
• Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for the Spirits and RTD category.
• Analyze sales growth, COGS drivers, gross profit, product mix, promotional effectiveness, FX fluctuations, and transfer pricing.
• Present weekly sales performance, monthly Business Performance Reviews, and commercial insights to senior leadership.
• Build scenario analyses and commercial models to evaluate business and growth opportunities.
• Improve automated reporting solutions and support stakeholder adoption of reporting tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field, with CA or CPA qualification.
• At least 5 years of overall finance experience, including 3 years in commercial finance.
• Experience managing P&L, driving sustainable value, and working in dynamic or disrupted environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Prior experience in retail, drinks, or adjacent fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
