What you will do

• Prepare financial analysis, management reporting, and commentary on revenue, margins, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis across the Australia and New Zealand region.
• Build financial models for sales bids, commercial proposals, business cases, and market forecasts.
• Provide financial visibility across active programs, including profitability, margins, costs, cash flow, inventory, and work-in-progress.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Program Managers, and regional leadership to support data-driven decisions and profitable growth.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality, analytical capabilities, and the use of digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Full professional membership with CPA or CA.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or commercial finance.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP and related reporting tools.
• Experience working with IFRS and AASB reporting environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong financial modelling and variance analysis capabilities, and effective stakeholder communication skills.
