Focus on building financial models and reports, monitoring sales forecasts, and solving complex analytical projects with limited supervision.

hirify.global is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support financial and operational reporting.

What you will do

Track budgets and perform financial variance, trend, and price-dynamics analysis.
Support financial forecasting, resource reporting, evaluation monitoring, and sales-forecast tracking.
Build and maintain financial, operational, forecasting, and results-analysis reports.
Prepare reports for operational teams and interpret business requirements for management.
Compile and maintain documentation for compliance and audit reviews.
Research industry statistics, competition, and market trends, and provide decision-critical information to management.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, project management administration, cost controlling, or monitoring and reporting.
Effective communication at all organizational levels.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
