TL;DR
Senior Finance Analyst FPA (iGaming): Supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis for the Gaming Division across the APAC region with an accent on large datasets, Excel models, KPI reporting, and process automation. Focus on modeling commercial outcomes, improving finance processes, integrating AI tools, and translating complex financial information into actionable business decisions.
Location: Silverwater, Australia; 4:1 on-site working arrangement

What you will do
- Support annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and monthly rolling forecasts for the APAC Gaming Division.
- Deliver monthly reporting and coordinate KPI reporting across international regions.
- Provide commercial support for regional operations, including supply and demand, inventory, and month-end reporting.
- Model gross margin, price list, procurement savings, and other commercial outcomes.
- Improve and automate finance processes while standardizing reporting across international teams.
- Combine financial and non-financial data to support decision-making and explain business performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of postgraduate experience, including commercial finance experience.
- Experience in financial planning and reporting at market or business-unit level.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and Excel models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, with proven experience using AI.
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance and a CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders in the ANZ region.
Nice to have
- Experience with Hyperion or a similar planning application.
- Experience partnering with Supply Chain or analyzing a Supply Chain P&L.
- Experience leading process improvement projects.
- Gaming industry experience or close sector alignment.
- Experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot or Claude.
